No exchange or return for all plants after purchase.
All other items can be retuned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with the condition of being unused/unopened and in good condition.
Refunds will be sent back to the same credit/debt card used for the order excluding delivery fees.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders can take up to 3 working days to be delivered.
Can I collect my order myself?
Unfortunately, orders are subjected to be delivered only. No pickups.
Do you deliver overseas?
Unfortunately, at this moment we do not ship overseas. This will be considered in the future.
